Beneficiary Background:
Anita Okey is a resident of Bhandara, Maharashtra. She holds a Bachelor’s degree and is affected by a locomotor disability. Her childhood was marked by financial hardships and family struggles. She is alone also battling cancer.
Challenges and Problems:
- Financial instability and her father’s alcoholism.
- Discontinuation of education due to physical limitations.
- Severe health issues, including hip replacement surgery and cancer.
- A suicide attempt and mental depression.
- Helpless living conditions and social isolation for the last 12 years.

- Motivated Anita to participate in self-care and wellness programs.
